Whether you’re seeking help with weight loss, sports nutrition, or disease prevention, each client is individually evaluated by a professional Registered Dietitian and provided with a well-researched and comprehensive plan they can follow for the rest of their lives.

Aubrey Salvador, RD, LD

Aubrey Salvador is a Registered Dietitian who has a strong passion, dedication and desire to help others through proper nutrition. Her enthusiasm for nutrition and fitness is evident in her life through the positive attitude and electric energy she displays. Aubrey has a wide range of experience with all areas of nutrition and a strong passion for renal nutrition. Completing her Degree at New Mexico State University and her Dietetic Internship in Seattle Washington, she has worked hard to become the well-rounded Registered Dietitian she is today. Her philosophy on nutrition is based on her passion to improve individual’s lives and believes to make a difference; it is essential to promote the benefits of truly taking care of your body through proper nutrition and exercise.
